AI consulting for service based businesses

Everyone is talking about AI. Almost nobody is telling you what to actually do with it.

That is the gap I close. I work with service businesses, from accountants and agencies to electricians and clinics, to find where AI genuinely saves time, then help you put it in place properly.

And if something is not worth doing, I will say so. You get an honest opinion, not a sales pitch dressed up as advice.

The sort of thing it sorts out
The same client emails you retype every week, written for you in seconds.
Quotes and invoices that stop swallowing your evenings.
A pile of spreadsheets you can finally just ask questions of.

You do not need to understand how any of this works under the bonnet. You need it to be useful, and you need someone to set it up without the jargon.

Built for service businesses like yours

If your business sells time, expertise or a trade, the same handful of jobs are quietly eating your week. These are the sorts of businesses I help.

Accountancy Solicitors Financial & mortgage advice Insurance brokers Marketing agencies Digital marketing IT support & managed services Software development Management consulting Recruitment Commercial cleaning Domestic cleaning Plumbing Electrical Heating & boilers Property maintenance Estate agencies Letting & property management Building & construction Security services Training & coaching Private healthcare clinics Dental practices Logistics & couriers Hospitality & catering

Not on the list? If you sell a service, the odds are good I can still help. Ask me.

People tend to come to me for one of three reasons. Usually it ends up being all three.

01

Cut the admin that eats your week

Quoting, invoicing, scheduling, the same replies over and over. We get AI handling the repetitive back office so you bill more hours and lose fewer evenings.

Good for: quotes, invoices, bookings, the inbox, paperwork.
02

Win and keep more clients

Reply to enquiries in minutes rather than days, chase quietly, follow up properly, and turn happy clients into reviews and referrals without lifting a finger.

Good for: enquiries, proposals, follow ups, reviews.
03

Pick the right tools and get the team confident

Thousands of tools and most of them are noise. I tell you the handful worth paying for, then show you and your staff how to actually use them.

Good for: anyone who has signed up for ten apps and stuck with none.

And once you have seen what it can do for the business, most clients ask me to show them how to use it in their own life too. Planning, writing tricky letters, learning something new. I am always happy to.

Why pay me when there is a free video for everything?

Because watching someone else automate their business is not the same as someone working out what is right for yours. The videos do not know your clients, your budget or where your time actually goes.

I do the boring, careful thinking so you do not have to wade through it. Then I stay until it works.

  • Plain English, start to finish. If I cannot explain it simply, I have not understood it well enough.
  • I care more about an hour saved than a tool that looks clever.
  • Nothing off the shelf. It is built around how your business already runs.
  • You keep the skills. The point is for you to not need me forever.
The process

No big commitment, no contract you need a lawyer for. It goes like this.

FIRST

We have a chat

A relaxed conversation about your business and the bits that frustrate you most. Free, and no obligation to go further.

THEN

You get a plan

A short, clear write up of what is worth doing, which tools to use, and what it will cost. In money and in your time.

AFTER THAT

We set it up

I help you put it in place and show you how to run it, so it still works long after I have gone.

Before you ask

The four things almost everyone wants to know first.

I am not techy. Is that a problem?
Honestly, most people I work with are not, and that is rather the point. My job is to handle the technical side and leave you with something simple to use.
Is my business too small for this?
No such thing. Smaller businesses often gain the most, because clawing back a few hours a week matters far more when there are not many of you.
Is this going to be expensive?
A lot of what I suggest is free or costs very little. I always work to your budget and aim for changes that pay for themselves quickly.
What about my data and privacy?
A big part of good advice is pointing you towards trustworthy tools and sensible habits, so your information and your clients' information stay safe.
